Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel future renewal at any time. Because infrastructure capacity is provisioned immediately, used subscription periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was materially unavailable due to our fault.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Contact support promptly with the payment receipt. Valid duplicate charges or billing errors will be corrected.

EU consumer rights

Mandatory statutory rights are not limited by this policy. Where withdrawal rights apply, digital-service commencement and consent requirements are handled according to applicable law and the checkout provider’s flow.
